Colour: deep ruby red with garnet tinges.
Nose: intense and stylish with pleasant hints of red berries, Mediterranean spices and herbs.
Palate: warm, well-rounded, good structure and perfect balance.
Alcoholic fermentation with maceration at controlled temperature of 25-28 °C for about 12-15 days. Malolactic fermentation in glass-lined concrete vats.
Pasta and rice dishes, rich meat and vegetable dishes from the Sardinian and Mediterranean food tradition, medium and matured cheeses.
