Carignano del Sulcis DOC
Colour: ruby red.
Nose : intense, notes of wild “macchia Mediterranea” and fresh red fruit.
Palate: fresh, savory, balanced with a fine and balanced tannin.
Fermentation and maceration in conditions of controlled temperature, for an average period of 12-15 days. Transfer into cement tanks for the malolactic fermentation.
First courses with meat-based condiments such as lasagna or dumplings (ravioli), poultry and roast meats. Medium matured cheeses.
