Tasting notes

Colour: intense ruby red with light nuances of garnet.
Nose: rich in primary aromas significantly intense and markedly Mediterranean.
Palate: smooth and well-rounded, sapid and intense, bringing along the primary aromas found in the nose. Well balanced and stylish with a very long finish.

After decanting the wine is placed into small French oak casks for 12-15 months.
Vinification technique

Gentle pressing. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 18-20°C.

Food Pairing

Forest berries tart, Bavarian chocolate cake, dark chocolate. Meditation wine.
