Colour: intense straw yellow.
Nose: very intense primary aromas, distinctly Mediterranean. Terpenic characteristics typical of Nasco.
Palate: round, semisweet, fat, rich flavours recalling the primary aromas.
Soft pressing, slow fermentation at controlled temperature 22-25°C in steel tanks.
Pair with biscuits, almond cookies, matured cheeses, figs and toasted almonds.
